COLLABORATION BACKGROUND
upper hights, known for its proud heritage of Japanese denim craftsmanship, has teamed up with Copenhagen’s style icons, sisters Amalie & Cecilie Moosgaard.
Japanese denim is celebrated for its exceptional quality—crafted from carefully selected materials and perfected by the hands of skilled artisans, it offers both durability and refined beauty. On the other hand, Copenhagen’s fashion scene, known for its strong focus on sustainability and high standards, has been drawing global attention.
Born from the fusion of these two cultures—the refined sensibility of the Moosgaard sisters and the meticulous Japanese craftsmanship—this special collaboration denim collection is now ready to be unveiled.
COLLABORATION DENIM
This collaboration denim collection was created from scratch, with every detail reflecting the personal style and vision of the sisters. It features two signature fits: the straight-leg “THE AMALIE”, and the wide straight-leg “THE CECILIE.”
THE AMALIE
FIT
Curated by Amalie, this style features a mid-rise straight silhouette that gently hugs the waist and flatters the legs with a refined slimness. A subtle taper keeps the line clean without clinging too closely, offering a beautifully balanced look.
DETAIL
Inspired by vintage denim, it features wider belt loops and coarse stitching for a slightly rugged touch. The color and wash are kept clean and minimal, making it easy to pair with simple, effortless styles.
THE AMALIE

FIT
Curated by Cecilie, this style features a mid-rise wide straight silhouette with just the right amount of room. The waistband is designed to sit comfortably at the hips, and we recommend wearing them with a slight break at the hem for an effortlessly relaxed look.
DETAIL
Like the AMALIE, it includes vintage-inspired elements such as wider belt loops and coarse stitching. Cecilie's personal touch is reflected in the button-fly front. Carefully chosen color and wash ensure a clean look that complements simple styles.
THE CECILIE

EXCLUSIVE
The name tags and button rivets feature an original design stamped with the names of upper hights and the Moosgaard sisters. These custom details were created exclusively for this collaboration.
As a special touch for this collaboration, a new piss name (the small brand tag sewn onto the pocket) was also added. It's a subtle detail that reflects the thoughtful craftsmanship behind every piece.

COLLABORATION BACKGROUND
日本製デニムの伝統と技術を誇るupper hightsが今回タッグを組んだのは、コペンハーゲンのスタイルアイコンであるアマリー&セシリー姉妹。
日本のデニムは、厳選された素材と職人の繊細な技術によって作られており、耐久性と美しさの両方を兼ね備えた高品質なアイテムとして知られています。そして、コペンハーゲンは環境配慮を重視し、厳格な基準を設けるなど、サステナビリティを意識したファッションシーンで大きな注目を浴びています。
そのような文化の中で育まれた姉妹の感性と、日本のクラフトマンシップが共鳴し、特別なコラボレーションデニムが誕生しました。

今回のコラボレーションデニムは、0から作り込んでおり、それぞれ彼女たちのスタイルや想いが
込められています。
ストレートモデルの「THE AMALIE」、ワイドストレートモデルの「THE
CECILIE」の2型で展開。

AMALIEが形にしたのは、ミドルライズでウエストに程よくフィットしつつ、適度な細さが魅力のストレートシルエット。わずかにテーパードを利かせることで、脚のラインを拾いすぎず、きれいに見せてくれます。
DETAIL
ヴィンテージデニムのような太目のベルトループや、粗めのステッチを採用。カラーや加工も、シンプルなスタイルに合わせやすいよう、クリーンな印象にこだわりました。

hightsと姉妹の名前を印字した
オリジナルデザインを採用。このコラボレーションのために仕上げた、特別仕様です。
さらに今回特別に、ピスネーム（ポケットのに縫い付けられた、小さなブランドタグのこと）も新たに設置。さり気ない部分にもこだわりが感じられる仕上がりに。
